PERMAGOV is a pan-European consortium of 15 organisations that joined forces to improve EU marine governance. Six are academic partners with a long-standing expertise in marine research: WUR, AAU, QUB, UiT, RIFS, SYKE. Three are experts in e-governance with a focus on stakeholder engagement, information provision, digital transformation and data-driven services: 21C, Plan Bleu, LifeWatch. And in addition to Plan Blue, six other partners are end users of PERMAGOV results with a direct stake in the outcome of the project: NFVE, ESC, Celtic Sea Power, WWF Italy, HELCOM, AEP.
